Hello Students and Parents,
I want to take the time to update you on what is going on in room 211! We are currently working on geometry concepts in the 6th grade. This past week, I introduced transformations. Transformations include translations, rotations, and reflections. We also finished working on equivalent fractions and reducing fractions to lowest terms. Make sure your child is caught up on their math vocabulary index cards as they will be quizzed weekly on these key terms. As always, I am available for extra tutoring assistance on Fridays from 3-4pm.
Also, I want to wish you all Happy Holidays as we have Thanksgiving fast approaching!
